I walked in without an appointment. I waited inside the shop for a good 10 minutes before anyone realised I was there.
I did see a woman sitting on her phone at the back of the shop, but I think she was too occupied with whatever she was doing on her phone to realise I was waiting at the front of the shop.
The massage shop looks to be well run and well managed.
