Is that the dinghy that the rescue worker was on  :unknown:

I'll be totally honest here as i've just read 2 articles on this and the one from GB Views News presses the point that the rescue worker wasn't on the dinghy at the point of it being slashed however the other article from The Guardian talks about a rescue worker being on board as Danny Tommo pulls alongside and then starts to slash the dinghy

Watch the video and clearly the rescue worker has stepped on board the dinghy "BEFORE" it starts to get slashed, just watched the video again and the rescue worker is onboard for at least 4 seconds before it's slashed and walks right in front of him so there's no way he couldn't have seen him or been aware of his presence  :dash:  :diablo:

I'm hoping that "Tommo" gets fucked for this and it won't help his case that he's already got a previous conviction for knife crime, nice guy eh  ;)

Meanwhile all Tommo's fanboys were protesting at Gosport but the migrants were taken to Dover

A proper debate of the issues with an aim to find a solution and build consensus would be fantastic, but is not going to happen. Too many on the far right are using it as a method to build their reputation, power and money.

Some on the left, too. Anybody unfortunate enough to have to listen to 'Sir' Ed Davey, the Postmaster's friend, at the Lib Dem conference would have heard the clot boom;

"Hundreds of thugs in black shirts and balaclavas are marching through our streets."

He threw in a bit about Oswald Mosley, too, apparently, to make sure everybody got the message.

We all saw hundreds of such morons in Dover and Portsmouth and may all agree the cunts need locking up, but 'marching through our streets' is a little disingenuous, to say the least.

So you're saying it's OK to rape brown or black skinned women, but not white women?

Where did I mention skin tone? I said the logical thing, if illegal men weren’t let into UK and not locked up in migrant detention sites, women wouldn't be victims of SA or murdered.

Just to be clear, I've no argument with any of that. The idea that our streets are full of illegal immigrant criminals is preposterous. But in suppressing all the bullshit, we must be careful not to suppress the facts at the same time. Hardly a contentious point, I'd have thought.

Agreed.

You may not have actually mentioned skin tone, but the implication is there. If these men stayed in their own Country, where people have brown or black skin, they must be raping women of the same colour. They are not "illeagal" until they've had due process by the Immigration Tribunal and found to fail the criteria for asylum.

Your hero slashed a boat that had no migrants left in, just an emergency worker.  Sounds like a moron to me.

That's where your presumptions have caused a cockup, I don't give a shit if the illegal migrants are brown or blonde haired blue eyed ayran looking gods. They shouldn't be coming here illegally. Your use of the race card no longer has any powers.

I'm not sure what you're implying sir.

Is the graph shown incorrect?

Why do you think Denmark believes it better to be transparent with the figures as opposed to the UK?
Is it maybe because they're Nazis?
Do you believe we should know the figures in the UK?

There are  large numbers of young single men arriving illegally with no documents and therefore no information on their backround or criminal status.
Many are from countries where attitudes towards women and the cultural status of women may differ from our own.
They are then congregated into very large groups (hundreds), where they are  generally devoid of the opportunity to engage in any kind of sexual gratification apart from wanking.
Does that not concern you in the slightest?

Are the women living in areas where suddenly there are hundreds of these young blokes being housed being racist Nazis if they're getting a bit anxious about the situation.
If we are to believe that many are saying they're gay perhaps they're all to busy bumming each other?

It's a good few years since the Police Force renamed itself the Police 'Service', feeling the word 'Force' was too aggressive.

Given the news that twelve hundred illegal immigrants have crossed the Channel so far this week - with hundreds more to follow, apparently - is it not time to rename our Border Force? 'Border Service' would seem perfectly apposite, in the circumstances.

Prime Minister Andy Burnham says English football's alcohol ban should be lifted, potentially through a trial allowing supporters to drink in view of the pitch.

The restrictions date back to the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985 and cover the top five tiers of English men's football. Fans can still drink in stadium areas where the pitch is not visible

Burnham says the rules belong to a different era and unfairly treat football fans differently from supporters at sports such as rugby and cricket. A trial ran in the women's game during the 2025-26 season, with 90% of surveyed supporters saying matches remained safe and family-friendly. Police have warned that alcohol can contribute to football-related violence and called for a thorough review before any changes. l

There is a difference though between football and other sports in that it's just so tribal, I mean how / why is it that rival fans watching cricket / rugby etc can sometimes sit mixed in with each other without any trouble but with football you get rival parents fighting each other watching an under 8's match

It's simple. In football you rarely need to count beyond "3" so it appeals to the less intelligent as they can usually understand the score. Rugby and cricket being higher scoring are harder for them to understand and add up so the educationally challenged are less likely to be interested.

In today's Times, Juliet Samuel writes as follows:

The question was originally asked in 1908 but one could pose it today. Incredulously, the Daily Express had asked: “Is Britain going to surrender her maritime supremacy to provide old-age pensions?” We did not, in the event, prioritise pensions: a few years later, war readiness moved to the fore in response to German expansionism. But in the long term the answer was a firm “yes”. Pensions and old age benefits now soak up three times as much as defence.

Our situation is becoming increasingly perverse. Over the past week, much of Europe was transfixed by a fresh set of warnings about the threats facing Nato. Last Thursday, the Polish prime minister, Donald Tusk, gave an unscheduled statement to his parliament warning of intelligence suggesting Russia plans to test Nato with a new level of “hybrid drone and missile strikes” on Ukraine’s allies over coming months. The next day, Emmanuel Macron summoned leaders of all parties to a three-hour briefing in the Elysée, where intelligence chiefs scared the bejesus out of everyone. One participant described a sense of “vertigo” at the gravity of the situation and even the usually pro-Moscow leaders of National Rally (Le Pen’s party) warned afterwards that France would not be “intimidated” by Russia.

Over the weekend, Bloomberg reported that Germany is deeply engaged in scenario planning for its hospitals to handle 1,000 war wounded a day. The Guardian quoted the Czech intelligence chief warning of Russian “false-flag provocations”. Germany and Sweden carried out a training exercise to reinforce Gotland, a strategically important island in the Baltic sea. Russia imposed a curfew near its border with Estonia and sent drones over one of Nato’s most vulnerable points, according to reports, while Nato stepped up spy plane activity nearby.

For those who say, "No need to worry, it's scaremongering, it'll never happen"  – I ask the following question:  "If Russia attacks (say) defence manufacturing facilities in Europe on the grounds that they're providing munitions for Ukraine, what do we do about it?  What happens next?"

The political and military realities of the 21st century mean that bad guys have a significant psychological advantage...

Obviously we do not know if they intend to, probably Putin does not know. So to say it is a lie is ridiculous. People can have a view that it is a real possibility and there is plenty of evidence to make that a reasonable view. The full scale invasion of a democratic Ukraine being part of that.

I doubt you are widely travelled given the views you have but if you go to countries neighbouring Russia it is a very real fear and citizens there will give you plenty of reasons why it is a possibility.

Someone once said to me they thought it was perhaps that football was predominantly a poor / working class sport whereas Rugger and cricket were played in the public schools
Obviously rugby and cricket are now followed and supported by all sorts but perhaps it's where the roots were and the support developed from the roots  :unknown:

Tribal working class street violence has been around for ages rather than what you're led to believe about modern day knife gangs being something new.
The original "Slogging" gangs started around 1850-1870 where young boys would band together and fight each other based on which street or area they lived in (postcode wars anyone)
Stricter policing came along in the 20th century but by then football was a real growth industry with clubs springing up left right and centre and the railways could take fans 100's of miles easily where they could then fight the home boys rather than their own town or cities lads

The turquoise menace is receding!

Today’s Times has this:

Reform UK would win fewer seats than both Labour and the Conservatives if a general election were to be held today, in a dramatic reversal of fortunes for Nigel Farage’s party.

A new large-scale seat by seat poll by YouGov suggests the UK is heading for a hung parliament with Labour the largest party, with 241 seats.

The Conservatives would be in second place with 130 seats, better than their result in the 2024 general election, while Reform would be pushed into third place with 123 seats.

If replicated at the next election, the poll suggests, both Robert Jenrick and Suella Braverman, who deserted the Tories to join Farage, would lose their seats to their old party. [Vice Admiral: Hurrah!]

Even if Reform and the Tories agreed a pact, they would not have enough seats to form a majority coalition government.

However, the poll suggests that Labour would also struggle to govern if it lost the predicted 162 seats of the 403 it holds at present. Labour would have to rely on support from both the Liberal Democrats, predicted to win 71 seats, and the Greens, on nine, or one of the nationalist parties in order to command a majority in the Commons.

Gb news had a debate on whether men should be banned working with children a few months back.
Bbc news did not debate this topic aswell.
There are too much news for the BBC to report so they have to select the news that their viewers would most be interested in.

All GB news do is try to start arguments and rage temper between communities.

Gb news is just rage baiting at its finest, its ok to watch it for entertainment purposes but not for information purposes.

I know the opinions of each news presenters on that channel as they are willing dishing out their opinion. That is not news, it is an opinion tv channel - not based on facts but based on what they think.

They discussed whether men should be banned working in nurseries.  :dash:

It's all part of the globalist psyop, to scare the population, because Ukraine is losing and their western puppet masters are actually considering getting involved in the war. Hence why sky are broadcasting jackanory shows like Wargames.

There has been talk Russia will attack weapon manufacturing sites in Europe, but the other view is that the Ukraine drone attacks on Russia aren't as effective as Ukraine and their western media report. So Moscow may prefer to continue grinding down Ukraine, and destroy Ukraine's energy and heating system for this winter.
