In all honesty, it's sounds like you're in the wrong business, love. Maybe a change of career might help your psychosis. Employers like Costa Coffee and Subway have a high turnover of staff, so you should be able to gain employment there, get your foot on the ladder whilst looking for something with better prospects, more long term.

So just because there was a mix up with a client, according to you that means that I'm hallucinating and thinking things like 'my next door neighbour is plotting to kill me'. There's a difference between being streetwise when letting complete strangers into your house on a daily basis, who you can't defined yourself against, and being delusional, e.g. thinking that they're a spy trying to out you.
