Apart from the right of any member to post on any thread within the rules, I would say there were 3 main reasons why Nike was 100% correct to post his comment:

1. The review by the OP clearly stated satisfaction in services provided that were the polar opposite of Nike's experience. Why not comment - that's the purpose of the forum.
2. The prossie in question got herself banned after making unsavoury accusations against the members here - that was entirely her drama, and she proved adept at attempting to manipulate certain members before Admin cut through the bullshit
3. There was an obvious effort to shut down the conversation (see Nike's link) and avoid anyone criticising/challenging her by fluffy members, both directly and by PM.
