Some interesting developments I see...re: the £20 joining fee for new members, of course bearing in mind what the site is for and the large amounts paid in the pursuit of that activity, that's a small amount when the potential savings made by avoiding duff punts are considered.
And there have been a surprising amount of trolls who joined in the last intake, some of them previously banned returnees as we know. I think it's fair to say that £20 would be a deterrent to some degree, certainly it would make someone think twice if they were bored in Lockdown and simply thought it might be 'fun' to agitate a few punters for the sake of it (some of them have been that blatant

). And for those who still insist on being twats and getting banned anyway, it gives members an additional source of amusement to think they wasted £20 as well as getting banned

.
I see also now, that I have been
sociologically/sexually profiled with the advent of a link button to 'London TS' in the top RH corner of the page (similarly 'Sugar Babies')
![](https://www.ukpunting.com/Smileys/kolobok/lol.gif)
. Well it doesn't bother me, I may even use it
![:P](https://www.ukpunting.com/Smileys/kolobok/blum2.gif)
. Clearly there is a little money being generated now, so long as it doesn't start to get too intrusive and doesn't impact on the character of the site then I think that's fine. It seems to me that quite frequently now the site doesn't refresh briefly because some little tweaks are going on in the background, and I know there was talk of one of the members doing a bit of paid work in this regard? Who knows, I only see the front end, but I know maintenance was becoming an issue, and perhaps we may even have some new features arriving soon as a result?
