True, there isn't a 'norm' as such but there are certain price points where a SD's chances of getting an arrangement are greatly improved. I've found - well pre-covid anyway - that, generally, 200 is often the point that has got me serious interest. It's a round number that just feels better to SBs, as 150 feels a little low to many of them.

In London, as you say, securing arrangements @ 200 isn't easy but possible with time, charm and holding your ground - though 250-300 will then significantly increase your chances.
In comparison, in SE, where I've mostly operated, I would say 200 will give you a reasonable chance, but I've had several arrangements at 150 with charm.

Not my areas but, by comparison, I believe 150 in the Midlands and 100 in the North are reasonable yardsticks.

Problem:
