i tend to reserve the foreplay for the more higher profile punts that i do that last minimum 45 mins. foreplay for me in a 15 to 30 min punts in like a brothel or EE house is a no for me.
I think herein is your problem.
1) Stop using brothels/pop up brothels. Target independents/faux independents.
2) Do less of the EE demographic and try some Latinas and Brits in particular. You will be paying more, but que sera, sera. Some would say it's worth it.
As far as EEs are concerned, my advice would be always avoid Romanians...Poles, Hungarians and Bulgarians are the ones worth risking from my experience, in that order. There's a few well reviewed Balts etc but the four nations I mention have a particularly large mass of profiles on London AW and I have seen numerous, thus I can generalise and make rough correlations.
3) Start doing hour punts. For foreplay and warming up reasons, but also because I imagine (some) WGs have the mindset that taking a pounding during an hour booking is more "worth it".
