High Street Kensington? There's a Thai beauty, hair and other therapies salon that also does massage - it's at the West part of HSK, just South of Holland Park. Some hints, years ago on Pnet but I'd doubt if extras are guaranteed. In common with most massage shops, in W8, W11 and the Bayswater/Notting Hill end of W2, they get enough of the well to do, local female clientele to keep them busy. There used to be a seedy, little, Thai shop opposite the Royal Garden Hotel/Kensington Palace and it did expensive extras - but the owner would offer a reduced entry price if you thought that was too much when you phoned up - but that, for me, was about 6 and more years ago. Savvy, Thai, matrons but in good nick and well able to fleece their main trade - the tourists. Excellent massage and good extras, though, at that time. It did close during the lockdowns and I haven't noticed if it's still on the go - it's hidden away at the back of a shared entrance to another business and barely visible to a drive by.
