New place. Easy to walk past as just an open door with word  Spa above it. Busy thoroughfare so nipped in and straight up stairs bloke at reception took £70 for 60. Bit steep but place new and clean so accepted it.
Shown into small very clean room with a shower in corner. Lady comes in whilst I was undressing and got the usual nice body stuff. So knew it was game on
