Not saying she could not be trans (although certainly doesn't look it to me) but why does a cleft chin = trans?
Biological woman have cleft chins too you know
Jamie, the jawbone is an exceptionally reliable indicator of biological sex
TLDR:
Male chin: Two defining points, wider. Female chin: One or two very central points, narrower.
Male mandibles are generally larger, wider, and denser than female mandibles, featuring a more prominent, square-shaped chin and a sharper (less obtuse) gonial angle.
Key differences include:
Chin Shape: Male chins are broad and square, while female chins are more pointed or rounded.
The male jaw corner (gonial angle) is closer to and often exhibits everted (flared) bone, whereas the female jaw is more obtuse and smoother.
Size and Robusticity: Male mandibles are significantly larger in overall size, including a higher ramus and greater bigonial width.
Bone Structure: Males possess more prominent muscle markings (sites where muscles attach) compared to the smoother, less prominent markings in females.
Development: These differences become pronounced after puberty due to testosterone, with male mandibles continuing to develop for longer, often until age 17, compared to 14 in females.
These differences in the mandible, along with other skull features, are reliably used for sex determination in forensic anthropology.
External Link/Members OnlyWhilst there will be exceptions, they are rare, and whilst I'm not making an especial claim about that AW profile, several separate factors, including the pics of face structure, body shape and some of the copy, as first remarked on by Thumbspot, do suggest, to me at least, that it's a strong possibility in this case, - hence the mention. I could be wrong, but I'd rather someone else TOFTT to gainsay this, if they're convinced otherwise. Volunteers?
