You know, I really am starting to think they have changed management or they are trying to have people on. Here's another profile that I think is most likely fake.

. Either way when I went to the Clapham P&D I did not see any women that looked like her. I would say be careful if the photos look too genuine. Normally it's easy to tell they are real as they have the tacky looking professional photos done, that would not be seen on instagram; as instagram girls have better filters and more sense when it comes to photo editing without the unnecessary backgrounds and props. However, if the photos look like they belong on instagram, with their face not showing/blurred, appropriate filters and/or the pricing does not correlate to what the girl looks like....then it is likely a Bait and Switch.
Before in terms of the credibility of their profiles I would have said its a 80% chance likelihood you will see the girl on the profile. Now, I would say 55% to 60% chance. In terms of probability, it's still good as more than half the time you are likely to get the girl on profile but just a mental note to be made, can never let your guard down
