You will waste your money. If your solicitor is any good, he will tell you not to waste any more. Unless you are very rich, a legal action for libel will be exceedingly difficult. You will waste your money. If your solicitor is any good, he will tell you not to waste any more. Unless you are very rich, a legal action for libel will be exceedingly difficult. You would first have to prove who the publisher or writer of the statement is and, secondly, that the statement is false and written with the intention of causing damage. Tracing an individual that has posted a defamatory comment can prove very difficult. It is certainly possible to find out the details of a computer that was used to publish a statement or post content. Thanks for posting mate. But it's been resolved it was just a bit of misunderstood banter I didn't realise me making that tongue in cheek comment would go down so badly. Lol. I explained this on another site that I thought the whole exchange was just banter as there were smileys and "lol" in the text.
But I take full responsibility for the issue. Lol.

I missed the banning and the subsequet un-banning of BBB last night.

I can confirm that I have known BBB for nearly 6 years now, having first exchanged PMs on the other site. Over the years, he has provided the group that I used to run numerous punting details and recommendations of WGs in the EM and the WM. Although he joined UKP only last week, he is most definitely a genuine punter 

Am pleased to see that he has been re-instated as a member. Hopefully he will get to appreciate the full ethos of this site in the coming days.
