I will be having first trip  to Berlin shortly, and will be spending 2 nights there. Plenty of info to absorb on this  forum and is appreciated. But which area in Berlin has the largest concentration of  clubs.kinos. Or is there a red light district.

Im sure you'll find plenty in Mitte - although it seems the best rated places seem to be around the Kurfurstendamm area. When I say around I mean sometimes you might need to take short tubes. Berlin underground system is very efficient. The thing about Berlin is everything seems to be spread out.

 You can get back from Artemis with a taxi for about 15e if i remember correctly. Also near the red light district (walkable) you can do it in about 15 minutes or grab the tube which should take about 3-4 minutes. I think there are like 3 changes though. I just walked for the exercise.

Stay away from Orianburger strasse. Hot girls yes but over priced and when you get to the room they add the price on.

TBH. I fail understand the attraction of street prostitution in Berlin if you could get approximate the same price or even better in brothel like Aston, Stella Cost EURW30 for 20 minutes.
In the street prostitution you will need to do it in the park. Quite dark, no bed, the possibility to get robbed if you are not carefull. Is it the thrill you get  or what ?? What I have been missing here?

I think you are making a wrong decision for your 1st visit to Berlin but please let us know how it goes

Thank you all for your advice it's duly noted.  I on my way to  Prague by train. I've been going there since 1989. But always by air. Always wanted to go by train so now I'm doing it. Newcastle to Brussels 1st leg and staying 1 night in hotel 2mins walk from  Rue d' Aerschot.. So will do a little window shopping there. And imho is better then Amsterdams touristy red light district. Then on to Berlin and staying 2 nights. I will visit at least  two brothels  .Not a flat rate place where you have to strip off, I'm retired and too self conscious about  going around half naked in a place full of young mongers.I'll have a stroll along the kurfürstenstraße..  The Ciallis will be wearing off after a couple of nights then it's on to Prague and staying 5 nights before flying back. I love Prague.
Thanks again for all your advice on Berlin. I'm not going for another few weeks but like to do plenty research whenever I go somewhere for the first time.I will post about my Berlin visit when I return
