Whilst I agree that the OP was correct to inform us via a negative review of his unacceptable experience, and I thank him for doing so, and other members who had similar experiences to support his review were right to post their own experiences, I can't believe that this has mushroomed to ten pages in such a short time with what amounts almost to the crowd baying for Platinum Cindy's blood.
Yes she was wrong to try and defend herself by giving negative feedback, but with this knowledge and that of her original transgressions we can all decide what we want to do individually without statements such as "let's all mass boycott the slag" which are then supported x 1 billion! It is unlikely that I will ever see Platinum Cindy as she is not my type, and I am therefore have never considered joining the queue of punters that obviously do want to see her, but is posting pictures of Miss Piggy and then re-posting them really a civilised way to behave?
The tactics of the White Knightfinder Generals in many threads also puzzles me. There is an almost McCarthy type fanaticism in their desire to rid the forum of them. Yes, they can destroy forums and if members are lying to cover up the faults of a WG who they seem to idolise they deserve all they get. But let's not discourage all members from sharing their experiences, because if there are some members that may be wanting to relate that they had a different experience, just because they did, not because they are lying to curry favour with a WG, then I don't suppose that they will feel like coming forward, as putting their heads above the parapet would instantly attract the label of White Knight or Prossie Fanboy and, as was anticipated near the beginning of this thread, their subsequent culling. I just think we need to retain a sense of balance and perspective.
