Unlucky SD. But there's nothing on AW to show or indicate the issues that you had. She's got decent positive FB, pictures look ok. Its a shame none of the 48 who've left AW positive FB, didn't think of doing one for UKP- then we would have all been better informed

That's why you can't trust AW feedback. A positive FB doesn't necessarily mean a positive rating in most people's eyes, or even their own - because many of the punters who contribute either have low standards and/or they didn't have a great punt but left positive feedback to protect/enhance their own FB.

That may well be true and, yes, there are too many lurkers who contribute nothing.
