Probably sociopath similar to Prince Andrew, we both have dark triad traits as well. Andrew also was big fan of sex, apparently he had sex with thousands of women over the yrs!

I'm not really looking for relationships at the moment, will see over next few yrs. Very early exposure to escorts can also colour your view of women as a whole and distort views regarding women, sex and relationships.

I’m on 2 different blood pressure meds daily, they did warn me at H&B, also told me not to take omega /fish oil vitamins as effect blood pressure meds, I’ve ignored the advice to be honest and have been daily monitoring my blood pressure, nothing has changed.

Give up meat and reduce animal proteins (dairy).  I’m fit but my resting heart rate dropped to mid 50s from low 60s within one week of changing my diet. Stopped all meat and replaced cow’s milk with soya milk in my porridge. Easy enough to do. I dabbled with ciallis a while back as I was finding condoms were, at times, killing my erection. I keep finding new videos on You Tube. I reckon this one is extremely helpful. It gives advice on simple and quick exercises to strenghten the pelvic area and boost blood flow to that area. This then gives the foundation to help with keeping erections strong. There is also a little dietary advice to combine with the exercises.

Yes, you can simply take viagara or whatever. But if you are prepared to put in a bit of work then your next punt could be much more enjoyable.  :dance:

I take a 5mg Tadalafil daily, as it keeps the arteries lose (57 somewhat dodgy ticker)- but best bet regarding tolerance is to do 12wks on 4wks off, that way you kind of 'reset'.
I'm taking Sept off the daily Tadalafil.

I also daily take for the same (ie ticker related) reasons
a gastro resistant aspirin (thins blood), which I get off the NHS

An L- Arginine + L-Citrulline  combination (relaxes arteries)  Apparently the effects of these last longer when taken in combination  External Link/Members Only

Swig (as I can't be arsed to use a teaspoon) of a quality brand Cod liver oil *
*due to its high levels of vitamins A and D, and omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). It may also help reduce inflammation, support brain function, and promote heart health by lowering triglycerides and potentially improving blood pressure.

Great post OP. About to turn 50 and two pops a day is my usual best. I could easily do 6 pops a day in my 20s and 30s! I find I have to plan punts these days to account for this. 2 pops in 30mins is hard and the pressure to do so makes it worse. I book 1hr and then I'm fine. I find shooting quickly (first 10mins) sets me up for a longer go the next time.

Also, I've gone from watching porn daily and having a couple of wanks to watching it about twice a week. I find this helps punts overall.

What state I'll be in by 60 who knows! Haha

Yes the old fella sleeps more soundly during those 4wks and doesn't twitch as eagerly even when confronted by something really horny.
There's a bit of a feedback loop (with me anyway) in that the above tends to reduce my libido.
I also tend to get no or reduced strength morning wood that month.

If I did want to punt that month I still can as I use around 30mg of Viagra (or equivalent generic) when punting..but I like having 1month in 4 off
Only cos I'm getting older though - not cos I've achieved any level of common sense  :D

So. Has anyone been doing the exercises from the video I posted a link for a while back? I have. The last four weeks  or so. And yes, I have noticed differences. If they can help a 60 odd year old with medical issues, just imagine what they could do for you!
