Has anyone taken the daily Cialis and found you build a tolerance to it, ie need more for the same effect? Reason I all is you see some people recommend taking it for health reasons as you get older, even if you don't have erection problems
I take a 5mg Tadalafil daily, as it keeps the arteries lose (57 somewhat dodgy ticker)- but best bet regarding tolerance is to do 12wks on 4wks off, that way you kind of 'reset'.
I'm taking Sept off the daily Tadalafil.
I also daily take for the same (ie ticker related) reasons
a
gastro resistant aspirin (thins blood), which I get off the NHS
An L- Arginine + L-Citrulline combination (relaxes arteries) Apparently the effects of these last longer when taken in combination

*due to its high levels of vitamins A and D, and omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). It may also help
reduce inflammation, support brain function, and promote heart health by
lowering triglycerides and potentially improving blood pressure.

Yes I take every supplement known to man
Yes I am a graduate of the University of YouTube
Yes I rattle when I walk
and Yes I prob stink of fish

I also try to avoid seed oils in food, and I cook with lard not olive oil (olive oil is good - just not so much when exposed to high temps such as cooking/frying)
