Recently I've started (not all the time) adding this to my reviews, if a particular service or part of a punt stand out (IMO) or to high-light extra cost that were worth the price.

Disappointing. I've Ella on my HL for ages but it sounds like this group are having a few management issues lately.

She gived to me 50 minutes notice for cancelling, that's why I decided to not write a negative review. I am going to give her an other chance in future.

She just told me she needed to go out. She asked if I wanted to see her friend Betty and she couldn't give me the proper nickname. So I declined the offer. Later on I found it could be her External Link/Members Only or External Link/Members Only
