This FR is a bit bleeding fluffy?

Why am I suspicious of this rather fluffy FR? There's a lot of unbelievable rubbish in it, for example:

There is a glazed panel above the front door, and she is understandably concerned that nosey passers by would make a scene if they spotted her on the stairs in her working clothes.   How about a blind or net curtain? Have no one noticed the number of male callers to her house?

Rose is a beautiful young woman, slim, elfin featured,   but has a prominent and dreadful Spiderman tattoo.....
