As a result of a recent 'nostalgic' conversation with someone, I am bumping this up again.
This is, even by my standards, a very long Doc H post and as such reading is optional
It is also likely to be my last diatribe.
If I had a pound for every "
do they orgasm" thread I have read over the last 20+ years ........
In relation to some of the replies, this discussion is about what happens during transactional sex and assuming the provider has given full consent, then the purchaser can choose the choreography they prefer. If their choice does not match yours then you may say so, but you should criticise their choice as the wrong one or delusional.
With those girls I've met who genuinely enjoy receiving it has certainly led to a lot of enhanced encounters with much increased and genuine engagement,
Agreed, although many SP’s will (understandably) vehemently deny
publicly that this ever happens and it is a ‘can of worms’ topic.
Prior to me starting punting in my early fifties, (and for complex reasons) cunnilingus was my forte.
However, I viewed my skill set as irrelevant as part of paid sex. My rationale was (in common with many other SS’s and SP’s) that it should be primarily about the SP possessing the abilities (or not) to pleasure me.
So, for some time, reverse oral was, by choice, not something I engaged in as a punter. If suggested I turned it down.
Then from the start of one booking the SP was annoyingly insistent that I do it. My perception was that, together with other actions this was a time-wasting tactic. So, I relented. She was very ‘easy to read’ and within minutes she orgasmed. Nothing spectacular, but genuine.
However, she seemed more than a little taken aback by this rapid outcome and I sensed this was not a common occurrence for her? In particular her attitude for the remainder of the session became quite different.
So, from that booking, I gradually embarked on a different punting MO and a ‘journey of discovery’. The introduction of RO was to significantly affect the positive outcomes of my bookings. Some negatively also.
As a consequence, the subsequent sessions with hundreds of different women of all ages, types etc led to many
‘honest’ conversations with SPs on the subject of their orgasms …. or lack of them!
Here are the results of the Norwegian jury

Inevitably there is no ‘black and white’ with the ‘orgasm’ topic, but much grey individual variation.
There is the aspect of 'choice' to first consider.
In general, the ability for women to orgasm is hugely variable. This produces a very large spectrum which ranges from ‘very easily’ to ‘rarely’ (or never) and everything in between. Some women may enjoy stimulation without reaching orgasm. Others do not and may find it frustrating. The method of achieving it is also similarly variable, as are the presenting signs of the orgasm itself. Move this reality to within the paid sex arena and another complicating dimension is introduced.
Consider why the ‘average’ SP would actually wish or seek to orgasm with a broad cross section of punters or indeed cope with the common ‘after effects’ including a potential female refractory period, tiredness, possible sensitivity, frustration or even ‘guilt’ and then carry on working and seeing other men in the same day etc.
As a consequence of these factors, SP’s, whatever their own personal capabilities in relation to their orgasms, may often choose not to do so while working and for a variety of reasons including the above.
This choice is usually not a practical problem for them to achieve, as I was consistently told the average punter does not have the necessary skills/technique anyway.
If with a punter who it seems is capable, then SP's will normally simply stop them by either saying so, or diverting in another way. Occasionally they may change their default choice and proceed.
It is difficult to quantify how many choose not to allow orgasm and also why? This choice may also be subject to daily variations etc.
So, of those who may choose to allow orgasm (should the situation arise) then how often does it actually happen?
A very small minority will orgasm fairly frequently with a cross section of punters who possess basic and adequate skills. This may mirror their personal life.
Another small minority will never orgasm or only orgasm extremely rarely and with just a very small number of punters. This also may mirror their civilian experinence.
Most SPs are likely to be grouped somewhere in between on this spectrum, but the majority of this group will tend to still only orgasm fairly infrequently and once again often with just a relatively small number of punters.
With the rise of the GFE especially, there can be huge pressures on SP’s by some punters to reach orgasm. As a result, faking is commonplace. There are good actresses who fool the majority. Others are not and fool nobody. Some find this pretence difficult and choose not to attempt the deception.
Does it matter if it is faked? For many punters it does not and I refer to my opening paragraph.
To be able to have any chance of accurately determining if an orgasm is genuine or not, you need to have a good deal of knowledge and experience of the ‘real thing’ outside of sex work. If you don’t and you are unsure whether an SP has orgasmed, then the balance of probability is that she hasn’t.
Pretty much all the physical signs mentioned can be faked (though this is a complex discussion) and are not therefore always reliable indicators. Equally in some cases none of the usual physical signs may be present but orgasm can still occur.
One memorable extreme example of this and one I have mentioned before, was after circa 15+ minutes of attention, there were almost no feedback 'indicators' present to assist me, other than her repeatedly asking me to please carry on.
Then she suddenly and in complete silence, gave a couple of very small tremors. She then briefly apologised and told me to speak to the receptionist before falling asleep. End of session.
Many reviews have always given the impression it was quite commonplace for the SP to orgasm, although often the phrase ‘I think’ is used. My view has always been this is inaccurate and is distorted by a combination of fantasy by the authors or being faked by the SP.
Does any of that really matter? Probably not

If you got this far thanks for reading

Good luck with your future endeavours
