It's generally frowned upon to tell an SP that you are a UKP member and that you're going to review her/them. Reviewing without anonymity can lead to obvious issues if the SP doesn't agree with what's been written. The consequences can vary but having a disgruntled SP on your case isn't that fun.
There has also been the odd instance where former UKP members have used posting a favourable review as a way to gain leverage on the SP in some way like having a free punt in return etc.
From my experience I've left the odd negative/neutral review where the SP has worked out that I was the author and it's pretty awkward/unpleasant. It's their job and reviews can both increase or decrease their earnings.
A forum helper/mod would be able to explain better than I, but most of us recognise it's not the done thing to do.
