I only caught the clap from a 17 year old receptionist over 60 years ago - and my doctor told me it was possible for her to have it without knowing it. I think you are thinking too deeply about this. Be careful yes. But you can take it too far. I’ve been doing this years and have never caught anything. SPs are better at looking after their sexual health than most other people. Just pick the ones that don’t offer bb (at least openly) and you’ll be fine. A shower isn’t just courteous

To be honest I can't understand how any punter can think having a shower before and after would do anything to prevent STIs. You could wash your bits with Domestos and it wouldn't stop you catching anything.

No I genuinely wanted to know what it is? Never seen a big spot like that on someone's chest before. I took a screenshot, I didn't share the SP's AW profile page.

I didn't say taking a shower could prevent STIs, more for hygiene purposes. Perhaps you have been out, on public transport, coming straight from work and you visit a SP and don't feel the need to have a shower just baffles me.

To be perfectly honest, NOTHING is without its risks, I can only speak for myself but to be fair I was scared shitless until it came to my first proper punt aside from massage parlours, I was questioning myself with a lot “what if” and believe me google and Reddit are NOT your friend here - it’s full of unlikely and most likely untrue scare stories, but like like myself and most others on here just get yourself tested regularly, always use condoms for all kind of insertive and receptive sex (even toys) - OWO can be dicey from what I have read but (touch wood) as yet I’ve never got anything from it. Punting is a minor gamble of sorts, but just play it safe, check yourself out regularly, avoid barebackers, and enjoy yourself !

Anyway, I only viewed his original photo very briefly before it was removed by Davie. (the photo that is not the lesion .. he is a mod not a dermatologist  ) It seemed to be a poor quality photo taken at distance and impossible to identify/diagnose.

Given the lesion was apparently on her upper chest, in a female especially, it is more likely to be a pigmented mole (melanocytic naevus) than a skin tag which are more normally found in areas subject to repeated friction.
