Evening All,
I thought to share my gym training routine at present.
I've been gym training on and off for the past 10 years. I've however this year since February really got back into it consistently (no messing around). The app that I use for the gym that I go to recently reminded me of my 75th attendance.
My doctor told me a few weeks back that I've lost over 10Kg.
My diet isn't anything too exciting but consists mainly of the key foods such chicken, various types of fish, steak/meats, eggs, rice, fruits etc (I'm not the best cook lol), but I do my best around my shift pattern and long working hours.
I don't take any bodybuilding supplements, only a single multivitamin tablet taken each day.
Training Schedule:3 sets for each exercise.
10 reps for each exercise.
Day 1 - Abs, Cardio & Shoulders:Cross trainer (30 Minutes).
- Sit-ups.
- lying leg raises.

Day 3 - Abs, Cardio, Back and Arms:Cross trainer (30 Minutes).

I'm always open to tweaking things, and listening to other suggestions regarding variations and different set & rep ranges etc.
Mental Health:
In terms of my mental health, it's came a long way since I started gym training again and since I joined UKP. A few months before I joined our forum, I was in an extremely bad way and at my lowest point mentally. I would like to say thank you to all of the members and forum helpers that have supported me and made me feel welcome here since I joined, including the website management team that stuck with me in the very early stages of my membership here.
I look forward in continuing to show that appreciation in return as much as I possibly can by in the way of my website contributions.
