I have seen some reviews of guys kissing and eating out the ladies.
What is the general rule on this? o
It sounds tempting but how safe is this really?
I'm a big fan of both, to the point that they're near-dealbreakers to me. I can still enjoy an encounter without kissing and RO but it seems detached or a bit clinical. In my time I've had a case of strep throat after some very vigorous tonsil tennis, but that was banished with some antibiotics. I believe that's one of those things that you catch once and then develop at least partial immunity to? At any rate I've suffered no ill effects from subsequent punts.
As for the potentially enhanced risk of cancer from RO: in a world where we are exposed daily to exhaust fumes, microplastics, radiation, asbestos, aspartame and the rest, I'll take my chances.
You would have to decide on your own risk appetite, taking into account both your own health, and the potential fallout at home - how would you feel if you passed a cold sore to one of your kids, or how would you explain a knob rash to your missus?
My own "litmus test" is, if the lady looks fine, smells fine, and has no visible rashes or sores, then it's probably OK. I shower before and after every punt, and carry my own mouthwash in case the SP doesn't provide it. I get tested regularly and I tend to leave a couple of weeks between punts - not enough time for every STI to make itself known in that time frame, granted, but better than nothing.
