We've not had it nearly as hot here in the NW as the SE but it's been humid though judging by other comments it's also humid down South.

I think it's generally easier to punt in smaller towns during hot weather- you can drive or maybe it's even walkable distance from air conned train.

But try it in London. Some tube lines are now air conned but that's like maybe 3? Most of them are very hot.  You have to cram up with all the commuters and tourists and shoppers. People generally don't like it and most punters use tube.
Some providers operate from basement flats which are cooler but anywhere else you really need a fan, but ideally a/c at 30 degrees and that's a rarity in the flat accommodation. It's also the fact you need to clean and launder for clients, and that can be difficult with more than two booking as you are just running about. You shower you are sweaty after 5 mins. It's ok for a regular but any new clients then may post a review saying ah she opened the door and looked all clammy and that put me right off...Some girls may really need the money and have to work  but when it's 30 degrees outside it's also nice to just chill and take time out.
