Newcastle's owners should just go out and spend a few billion and hire 64 top lawyers ..... it's been shown that that's the strategy for cleaning up all the trophies and you can get away with it for 20 years .....
& if there happens to be a hotel which you already own & want to sell back to yourself & generate a profit no problemo
If a wendy ball team value this @ an astronomical amount
Whats needed is a virtue signalling wealthy bloke to invest £20m for 10% valuing the WSL team @ £200m
The Premier League will green light both this & the hotel mullarkey
UEFA take a different view & dish out fines now who is right the PL or UEFA ?, my wager is on the latter
Far as the PL are concerned Chelsea can crack on
On the ever so valuable Chelsea WSL they posted £20m turnover & £17m loss
Factor in accounting fiddles the loss is likely to be higher
If they had shown the figures the other way round this would have been hilarious [£17m turnover & a £20m loss]
The 10* investment ratio for valuation is more like a dot com / IT / software business with high future potential
Lets face it whilst the WSL will see an expansion to suggest clubs it will ever make a profit is laughable
On the current & short to medium term performance i would value the Chelsea WSL team at closer to -£200m than +£200m
Probably somewhere in the middle which is about zero
If someone like Alexis Ohanian is klevva enuf to make around £150m current from
R****t me thinks he's shrewd enuf to work out that he is unlikely to see his £20mill investment back
Make me think what motivations / [unwritten] guarantees Boehly & Co provided ?
I sooo hope Chelsea dont make the top 5 for CL & next season they are totally up a certain creek financially
& this is after them posting the biggest ever loss in the PL

Good luck next season
Enzo to Real dont be silly he's not that good

so Chelsea wont be getting as much as they expect if they do sell him & Real buy him
Rosenior has laid down the law banning him from the Port Vale match & also City

Oooh some 'injuries' he might just make an appearance on the latter
Especially if Rosenior is no longer at the club, tho he'll probably crawl it to the end of the season
His managerial CV: Dervy [interim] ➡️ Hull ➡️ Strasbourg ➡️ Chelsea, what could possibly go wrong ?
Edit: ooops forgot that
R*dd*t gets picked up on UKP internal affairs radar

, apologies
