Does anyone have any recent experience from Ukraine.  Someone I know used to have a successful import business of furniture from Ukraine which was badly affected after recent events.

He went over recently if I understand correctly by road from a neighboring country on to pursue a potentiol business venture. He mentioned the escort scene is a foreigners wet dream, 20 gbp/hour for a decent s.p and 50/60 for a high end one.

Can't really sus of he's exaggerating and maybe some B.S.

Maybe someone else on UKP has dabbled apparenlty even pre war it was an affordable location for punting.

I'm fully single again and looking at a few punting destinations.

Thai / Philippines
Brazil
Spain
And potentially Ukraine... from Poland or Hungary

There's a lot of Ukrainian girls that come on Tik tok live and some of them seem to be open to a meet.. another reason I want to go. Mostly from Kiev. From what I'm hearing the day to day in kiev and most cities is pretty normal. Ie no threat to being bombed by Russians.

I think going to a warzone for a cheap punt is a bit extreme.

Some of the Ukrainian porn stars are very hot though.

There is a real time air raid map here External Link/Members Only the chances of being bombed are very real.  It has a history function as well.  In the last 4 weeks Kyiv has had 38 alerts and 29 explosions.

Sex tourism in an active war zone? That's about as exploitative as things get

Western Ukraine isn’t a Warzone, loads of videos on Youtube of people going there from Poland.

I went to Ukraine just before the war mainly for tourism and only to Kyiv. There were loads of girls available on various websites and were not very expensive, I cannot remember prices but cheaper than home. Younger guys say you can pick up easily in the clubs but I have no knowledge of this.
Kyiv was/is a beautiful city with lots of things to see and do at that time.
I have to agree with others, it would certainly not be on my list of places to visit at the present time and I include all of Ukraine in this.

That's the thing , it's been pretty normal in most of Ukraine. I've made acquaintance with some Ukrainian girls on tik tok , they seem to be living normal lives in cities like kyiv and more than one person i have spoken to who has been to ukraine says similiar.

It's not a despot , living out of tents etc...

I think I've probably splashed out 5-600 in virtual gifts on Tik tok on these girls,

Most Slavic women are batshit crazy, but the one I was seeing took it to a new level!

Yeah, I would avoid going there personally.

Currently working in kaz, but nailed a Ukrainian cleaner out here couple years ago back. Hot as hell but oddly not the best hygeine. I agree with above, also a nut job. Quite abrupt for no reason at all.

Someone I work for has staff in Ukraine. Obviously I don't talk to them about punting, but life isn't all that normal. Obviously people living there are used to it. But there's often blackouts and shortages of many products, then obviously air raid sirens and the risk of a bomb landing on your head.

The closer to the Polish border you are the less affected they are by all of those things. And Kyiv seems to be relatively OK, but they still get hit by bombs fairly regularly. But even in Lviv (one of the nearest cities to the Polish border) they have been hit by air strikes on a few occasions. According to the air raid maps they've been hit this month multiple times.

Now would probably be the worst time to be in Ukraine as air strikes from both sides are being ramped up to try and get the upper hand in any peace negotiations. Especially if you don't have any experience of being in a war zone.

And yeah, I imagine prices for SP's would be incredibly cheap right now. And I love Slavic women, but I'd rather pay 3 or 4 times the price for the same women after the war is over.

Exactly this. So many videos show things as normal life, I do not dispute issues in certain areas of the country at times and even out with zones that have occasional issues. However, many videos show life if in Ukraine is very normal nightlife wise, enjoying themselves and not the situation main stream media portray to everyone.

People stuck in active warzones don't just sit around worrying all day. Especially when fighting has gone on as long as it has and it just becomes part of normal life that a few times a month you hear air raid sirens and potentially a few explosions.

In those circumstances I'd want to make the most of the peaceful times as well!

It isn't like the blitz, I'll give you that. Especially in the west, there are days where it's completely calm. But in my conversations with people I work with who are in Ukraine (fairly far west, they've tried to get out once or twice and been forced back home by drones!) it's far from normal life. And for someone with no experience in war zones, who doesn't know the local area well to understand where the nearest safe places to shelter are and how to get there if there was an air raid, it's definitely not safe.

There's a good chance that people could visit and be fne. But the risk is high enough that I personally wouldn't want to take it.

Just because people from Poland visit doesn't stop it being an active warzone.  If you look at that website I posted a link to it has the history of air raids for the last month, all the western regions have had alerts this month and some have had explosions.

Pay out?  You'd struggle to even get cover in the first place!  Definitely not from the usual "off the shelf" providers.  Even the specialist insurers who do provide cover for high-risk destinations would wish to discuss the specifics of your itinerary and nature of visit with you, and they'll probably prescribe what you do and where you visit to keep their insurance valid.  Any insurer brazen/foolish enough to insure you won't be charging the "package holiday" price of £20-50 either, but several hundred pounds at least, especially to cover the additional risk and cost of medically evacuating you from a war zone after you've survived being blown to pieces in an attack

I can see some people thinking it'd be clever to get insurance to cover a trip into Poland and then just crossing the boarder when there. Which obviously would be a violation of the travel insurance terms and would invalidate it.

You can get insurance cover to travel into warzones. But it'd be crazy expensive and you'd probably need a good reason to be there. Cheap punting options probably wouldn't cut it!

Also Ukraine is under martial law, giving any so-inclined super-sized Sergei police/border/military official the opportunity and authority to give you a big fat welcome to Ukraine you can't refuse...  :scare:

Before the war, Ukraine was the most amazing punting destination in Europe. Mainly because it was local girls.

I’ve been to Germany, which is better in terms of availability, but it has mostly been with Romanians. Kyiv was all local girls, students making a few extra £, the kids of girls you would see on the metro or working in a bar. And the local women are all amazing looking. So many women in their 20s are model grade looks.

But some people think that the annual policy they get every year covers them for a holiday irrespective of where it is.

It will, almost certainly, have a clause invalidating cover if you travel against FCDO advice.

Apart from having to be insane to look at punting in Ukraine during a war, once a peace settlement is reached the place will undoubtedly be flooded with contractors from all over the world to do the rebuilding which will in turn push prices up quite considerably I would have thought.

Ok, seems like I might be the only one with some actual experience here.

I have been punting in Kyiv many times since the start of the war. Latest visit was Feb 2024. This is what I can offer in terms of perspective:

Logistics
The only sensible route to get in and out is by Train. If you go by road, you can get stuck at the border for hours as they do various inspections. Train will keep its schedule and you can actually plan.

You can buy tickets from this site: External Link/Members Only

It's very reliable, just make sure you plan in advance since they sometimes ship out physical tickets 🤷‍♂️, also tickets get sold out very quickly. You need to book from Warsaw Wychodnia to Kyiv Pas, it may have a change at Chelm, but there are direct routes, which is obv preferred.

Train journey is pleasant since you are only mingling with Poles and Ukrainians, who on the whole are very decent and nice people. No issues with idiots playing loud music, and other retarded nuisances you get in Western Europe.

You can get a Kyivstar SIM at Kyiv Pas Train station, so make sure you get one and they will install and activate it. Important to ensure that you get a plan with SMS, since that is not the default one they will offer. They will try to talk you out of it (they mean well, but they don't understand why you'd need SMS, but as a punter you fucking need it). Just be clear you need calls, data, MMS and SMS.
Most escorts don't have WhatsApp/Telegram/Viber, so if you don't speak Ukainian/Russian, then you will be sending translated SMS messages as your only chance of arranging a punt.

Interacting with Kyiv normies
If they are young, they will most likely speak some English, if they are middle aged or older, odds on they don't speak a word of it 🙄
Since you have a UA SIM with data, Google Translate is your friend, ensure you DL the Russian and Ukrainian dictionaries for offline use if you are out of signal.
Use and abuse the photo translate feature. Great for menus.
For Taxis use Bolt/Uber, Uklon is the cheaper local version, but it won't work for you.
For food delivery Glovo is the best option, just DL the app and use. If you have a laptop you can use Glovo in the browser and translate via Chrome.

Is it dangerous in Kyiv?
YES. You will hear the rockets and attacks from the Russian orcs while you are there. One visit I was there on the Ukrainian national day (not planned, just happenstance) and they hammered Kyiv all night. I was terrified and had huge regret being there, since I could see the rockets from my very central apartment, and I could feel the explosions. Very stupid to be there at that time. Since then, I have tried to ensure that if I do travel there, I am not there during sensitive holidays, since the orcs are relentless in their attacks against civilian targets, I have seen and experienced it with my own eyes.
Kyiv on the whole is pretty safe, and the UA air defence is great, but since agent Krasnov entered the White House, I have no idea how well supplied they are. So since the change in regime in the US, I have not travelled again, nor would I until I am sure that the AFU is well supplied and running at full capacity, which I doubt right now.
If you insist on braving the journey, I might recommend The Bontiak Hotel, since it's very near the Ukrainian SBU headquarters, The SBU is the UA version of MI5/6 headed up by Budanov. So I would guess that it would be well protected from Orc attacks.
One disadvantage is that you will have to collect all your outcalls, since entry and exit to that street is regulated by 24h armed guards, for obv reasons.

Booking Punts
I have enough contacts from my previous visits that I have a full rolodex, and don't need to search for new punts.
You will however need to do your own research and also somehow communicate with the girls. UA escorts pretty much speak zero English no matter the age.
I have a friend who makes calls for me if I want to contact a Russian speaker, so should I want to go out of my comfort zone, I still have that option.
For you, I'd recommend sticking to girls that have Telegram/Viber/WhatsApp, which is not a wide selection, but without the language it will be challenging to book a successful punt.

External Link/Members Only is the best site to use to find girls, as usual YMMV.

My experience with Ukrainian women has been that they are the very sexiest of the Slavic peoples, offer a great service and fun to be around when you get to know them well.

Given the challenges above, I would strongly advise against UA for punting right now, it's not for beginners.

Instead, as a newly single guy, my recommendation would be to jet off to Pattaya, TH and stay there as long as you can. It will rock your world 👨‍🎤

If however you are also partial to slavic women, then Warsaw is a great destination for punting while Kyiv and Moscow are off limits.
