The extra for OW surprised me too. Other than that I had a great punt with her. I also have a good
rapport with her and wouldn't want to damage that by complaining to Daisy.

Totally agree! It's a swerve from me. She'd probably do better charging the same  as the others. Typical greedy Romanian trick!

I've never visited BRM and don't have any inclination to but charging extra for a service included in the base rate is not only a piss take, it's effectively scamming the punters.

I also have a good rapport with her and wouldn't want to damage that by complaining to Daisy.

An annonymous tip off to the manager would preserve any reputation.
