Very easy to arrange over WhatsApp. She sends details of her services and, once booked, she'll send you pics of where to go when you reach the venue.

Location
She rents a largish room in a small business park about 10 mins stroll from Tottenham Hale station. Note there is no toilet in the room and NO SHOWER available. Although it's just a big box of a room, she's done well to create a bit of atmosphere in there for the job.

The girl

It's not my part of the city so I don't have the luxury of taking several visits to explore the mileage. I had booked a standard massage but in the room asked up front about B2B. £140. A bit steep I thought but, having done the research, I reckoned it was worth a punt.

All done on the table. She's trained, and delivered a great massage. It's deliberate, measured and as firm as you want. I did wonder about that and how she dealt with the volume of towels she must get through a day. I assumed they were fresh towels but it's hard to tell. I really hate it when you go see someone at a hotel and they hand you over a wet towel to use. I'll make an effort to check it out next time I'm there.

A plethora of face towels usually suffices, like those hot flannels they used to use in restaurants, before the disposable ones. Georgiana in Bromley did this until she left our shores, alas it was the only hot box of hers that we got service from.   
 If they're using larger towels then they're probably using the hot water tap which often isn't as hot or sanitary as the steamer box. Hand/hair towel is largest I've had so far, not optimal for steamy goodness.
I use back of my own shirt if offered a suspected soiled towel, I rarely have to wear cotton formals now so am usually in a quick drying activity one.

Tottenham not my favourite area either (I feel similarly about Croydon) but it's easy/safe enough to get her place IMO. There's free parking at retail park if you drive. Agreed the price is on the high side. Since you've already seen her, your path to B2B might be different. I asked up front so probably got quoted the tourist rate. If you ask her while on the table having the massage, the upgrade price might be different particularly with some negotiation.

Update: no further mileage for me. She doesn't do any extras (at least not for me). Her B2B is not worth the extra money IMO (£140/hr). In the future I might just go for the massage and a handjob, both of which she's very good at, particularly the massage.
She's got a towel heater box on the floor and a bin in which she lobs the used towels.
