You've probably explained what i was trying to get at far better than I did
Oh and the other thing that Royally pisses me off (No pun intended) is that the private hospitals take the big bucks but when something goes wrong or there is some sort of complication then they wheel the patient across the road to the NHS hospital for the tax payer to deal with the problem 
Well the local NHS hospital here Addenbrooks is a massive miulti place but the private ones are much smaller and don't have the rescources to hand either!.
None of the private ones can match what the Papworth is capable of and that place gives you a private room with a bloody wet room the size of a swimming pool!.
Mind you the Lea at Impington does do Earl grey tea and neat little salmon and cumcumber butties;)....
