how does anybody on here know that he hasn't had the 'same treatment'? maybe he entered the cancer world 5 months ago and has only just had treatment for removal of some of an enlarged prostate.

I doubt it but I admit that could be possible.

from the official palace statement

During The King’s recent hospital procedure for benign prostate enlargement, a separate issue of concern was noted. Subsequent diagnostic tests have identified a form of cancer.

You've probably explained what i was trying to get at far better than I did

Oh and the other thing that Royally pisses me off (No pun intended) is that the private hospitals take the big bucks but when something goes wrong or there is some sort of complication then they wheel the patient across the road to the NHS hospital for the tax payer to deal with the problem

Well the local NHS hospital here Addenbrooks is a massive miulti place but the  private ones are much smaller and don't have the rescources to hand either!.

None of the private ones can match what the Papworth is capable of and that place gives you a private room with a bloody wet room the size of a swimming pool!.

Mind you the Lea at Impington does do Earl grey tea and neat little salmon and cumcumber butties;)....

Funny things blood tests, they use them as a first port of call in lot of medical conditions, including a heart attack.

I get a,full blood screen every year - it's mainly to check my HbA1c count, but the results come back for all sorts of things!
I agree the King has a right to privacy over exactly what type of Cancer it is - they've told us he's ill, we should leave it at that.

Thankfully Harry will be returning as often as he can to see the King, whilst maintaining everyone's privacy  :hi:
