I had a free afternoon doing some Christmas shopping last week in Glasgow so thought I could sneak away for an hour of some R&R with Maisie.
Texted her a few days before to arrange time and location and was given her hotel she was staying at.

On the morning in question I texted her to confirm I was still going to make it, got no reply, on the train an hour before our meeting text her again, again got silence.
Since I was already in the city I went to hotel and waited outside and text again, still nothing.
A few hrs later she did text me to say sorry and she was sleeping, bearing in mind this was a 1pm booking I was a tad pissed off as I don't get to punt that often and this was a chimbo treat to myself.
Rookie mistake not having a plan B.

I was torn about writing this negative review or not as she does have quite a good review history.

Probably double booked.

I would always check in day before and not morning

Maisie normally takes most bookings on the fsy but this may have changed in the last year or so

Her review history is irrelevant... she fucked you about... well deserved negative.

I agree that her review history is irrelevant, however whether or not it should have been a review kind of depends on if she asked him to confirm on the day, or if he just did that as a matter of course? If she has asked for confirmation, and didn't reply, then it's not really a confirmed booking imho. However still bad form either way and thanks for the heads up.

No difference if he confirmed on the day

She confirmed prior that all was well then fucked him about  on the day

Escorts should be able to manage bookings and any fucking abiut of the client is her issue not his

I think you're missing the point. The question was around whether it really was a confirmed booking or whether she asked him to contact her on the day to confirm it.

If it was the latter, then it clearly wasn't a confirmed booking.

On that subject, without facts, your opinion is worthless.

If they agreed a booking and she asked him to confirm on the morning of the booking
And he did not , then he's to blame as part of the booking procedure was for him to reconfirm .
The first question I ask before arranging  a booking is what post code are you .
I've never had a wg not give the  information.
I'm sure plenty of would be punters arrange bookings but the dissappear,
Always best to confirm before setting out to a punt imo .
I've not rattled  Maisie in years , but she was always professional,
Never got messed about.

Has anybody actually read the review?

He text her in the morning to confirm. She apologised saying she slept through it.

Yes, I read the review, which was why I said what I did. He text her, but,if that is part of her process then the booking is not really confirmed (imho) until she replies to confirm still ok on her end too. If he wasn't asked to confirm, but simply did as a courtesy then he had a confirmed booking and every reason to review. I only mentioned it as the OP wasn't sure if he should have reviewed or not.

I've had it personally quite often, where because I have a fair distance to travel, that i've had to leave before an escort confirms on the day. Mostly works out fine, but haven't reviewed the couple that didn't because I should really not travel until I receive confirmation from the escort.

If a time and date has been agreed then everything beyond that point is just courtesy and if the escort doesn't respond to that it's on her whether you travel or not. It's a negative no question.

If she doesn't immediately respond and you don't travel then what?

When I made the booking Maisie confirmed the time and location so was definitely a booking, I told her I would confirm and text her on the morning of the booking, she didn't ask me too, I said I would and did so about 7am.
I was already going to Glasgow so was traveling regardless.

The rules on the site state that when the SP accepts the booking, it’s booked and is fine to review even if no money changes hands and the meeting doesn’t happen.

Such as in this review. If you want to be nice to SPs who mess you about by not giving them a Neg then that’s fine but this review is legit and the SP fucked the punter about.

Dunno why there’s any debate here, pretty clear from the review that a booking was arranged, so a neg is justified.

100% this^^ mate.
Tbh I woulda hit her up on aw/text early doors and if you’d heard nothing, move on to plan b a couple of hours later.
Gea is often good for a plan b and obvs you’ve got your saunas when in Embra.

Yes it’s quite strange seeing a justified negative being called out by her past punters, especially by such regular contributors. Same has happened on Sashasweethoney review.

Offline Max121

The way I see it is very  clear
Booking arranged ie time and location given it’s a confirmed booking in my book
She should have replied on day - she didn’t so a negative is justified
She said she was sleeping so it’s her fault

I’ve tried to get a booking with her but it’s next to impossible as she hardly ever returns messages or calls
Only once did she message me back to call her which I did immediately but I couldn’t get to her hotel in 20 mins it was near impossible .
Still on my hot list though based on previous reviews

Offline pilgrim

Ive seen her once and the booking was made via the phone then she asked me to put through an AW booking request.  Im sure she said at the time that she didnt reply to emails.
She comes to Glasgow every few days for a two or three day stint and has got a vast number of regulars.  She gets booked up quickly.  This negative will show up as a small blip on a very positive track record.  I dont think it will have any effect on her bookings from regulars.  It may be difficult to make inital contact but I would suggest keep trying on the phone.

In your opinion, in any review the OP can choose the rating that they see fit, If an OP wants to give a positive review to a punt where he was ripped off or fucked about that is their perogative and while we can state it would be negative for us, it is still their positive. I am talking in general here nothing to do with this review.

If the SP doesn't respond (I never said anything about immediately, you added that bit) and you don't travel then it's her own fault if she doesn't respond in time for you to make it to the booking.

At no point was I trying to defend the SP here, and I have never met her either, simply commenting because OP said he was torn about whether he should have posted the review or not. From the start I said it was bad from her either way.

So if she doesn't respond you just write the booking off, even though she could obviously be busy with another punter?

It's a courtesy message to say you'll make the booking. It doesn't need acknowledgement for the booking to be confirmed.

Offline henry brubaker

Plus it really can't be anything other than a negative. She ghosted him. It's just daft to suggest otherwise.

If you're referring to me (amongst others) since I've commented on both, if you'd actually read what I'd written, you'd see I've not 'called out' the OP in either case or questioned their rating; but I guess if you're so keen to jump to conclusions, it probably not worth debating with you.

I didn't suggest it should be anything other than a negative. I was pointing out that you cannot impose your rating on another punters review. I also pointed out that that comment had nothing to do with this review. If a punter decides that an obviously shite punt is a positive then that is up to him, and providing the details are there, the rest of us can read it and think that sounds shite, it would have been a negative from me. But other than checking with the poster that it wasn't posted as positive by mistake, it's his review and his rating.

I'm not even sure what you mean here? I thought one thing and as I was writing a reply thought you maybe meant something else. I already said I didn't look for an immediate response, so if you mean she can't respond as she is in another booking, then it's a moot point, she can confirm when she's able.

If you mean would I write off the booking if she didn't respond to confirmation, then yes, probably after a follow up text or call once she has had a reasonable time to respond. If she has either changed her mind or got another punter in in my place doesn't make any difference. If she's not responding to a booking confirmation, she's not got a booking imo. It's not a lot to expect.

Why what would you do? Go to the postcode and hang around trying to call and text, expecting things to get better miraculously?

What exactly would be miraculous about it? It was a courtesy text to confirm he would make it. I'm sure many punters have been in the same position and the meeting has gone fine. No miracles required.

Punters aren't always in a position to send said message hours before the meet. Escorts aren't always in a position to respond promptly. The punter may have a lengthy journey and can't hang about waiting for a reply. The booking was confirmed days in advance with the location given. The escort should have had the decency to cancel it.

The original posters course of actions and negative review were both reasonable.

When you are defending a prossie and putting doubt or questioning validity what would you call it? You got a good shag so you are discounting others experience. Directly or indirectly. You aren’t as subtle or as clever as you believe. Just because you don’t directly reference the ops post and instead pick fights and are dismissive of others comments doesn’t fool anyone. All you are doing is demonstrating your inability to see things in anything other than black and white.

Still, you keep going withe the insults if that's what makes you feel worthwhile. I'm out.
