I’d have to agree with my learned colleagues on this one.

Becaues UK size 4 is essentially malnutrition-  it is most usually associated with anorexia, and I don't think any high street stores carry size 4.  Very few even carry size 6.  Size 8 is very slim.

Conversely, a girl who is a size 12 and short is verging on obesity.
