When you see media reports about "porn rewiring the brain" it tends to be sourced from various religious organisations that regard being gay as a sin, and they are motivated to try to prove that people can be "cured".

There is..of course...more reliable data suggesting that some drugs can effect mental state. So if you're moved onto any new medication recently, may be worth checking any reported side effects.

But... plenty of people are naturally bisexual, and for various reasons come to that realisation relatively late.  I'd say "nothing to worry about"...though we all know that even in our enlightened society a fair number of people can make unpleasant remarks about any departure from their own modes of behaviour.

What you describe above is called "escalation"... Where you constantly look for something more extreme in your porn. If you sit there for long periods of time looking at porn it basically leads to a deadening of the normal sexual senses and leads you to search for a new thrill. I was hooked on porn at one point and experienced something similar. After reading through the web, the advice was to stop looking at porn. I did and the dulling of my sexual senses reversed.

Think in the end there is no way porn can replace real-life sex - too much porn fucks you up (its not natural after all so its probably going to have a side-effect). And that my friend is probably what is happening to you. Nowadays ill look at porn perhaps twice a week. I can relate to what you say as I think I might have bi interests but until I started watching porn I denied I had them. I think this is probably propaganda made up by anti-porn lobbyists a bit like we are forced to believe every female porn star is forced into it. I think if you are reliant on porn to get by in your daily life, I would stop watching it or take a break. I think being sexually aware is important in the development of the self, I think the first "porn" I saw was a Page 3 around 10 or 11 and I've been looking at dirty pictures every since, yours and my porn history are so common.
