Author Topic: Question about bareback with escorts  (Read 39720 times)

Offline stampjones

No, because you have no understanding or concept that the level of risk varies enormously between different sexual activities.

Your smoking analogy is just ridiculous and goes to prove you have no understanding at all of medical risks. Whatever disease smoking puts you at risk of can be contracted even if you've never smoked, smoking just adds to the risk. Having sex with someone who does not have an STI means it's impossible for their sexual partner to catch anything.

Please don't reply to this, go and educate yourself.
I think its a pretty good analogy actually though the ratio is probably wrong. Smoking 5 and smoking 20 are both risky with the latter being more risky than the former. OWO and bb sex are also both risky with the latter being more risky than the former. Whether the 5:20 ratio for fags is the same as owo:bb is debatable but the general principle certainly is. I think that’s the point he was trying to make.

Ultimately as soon as you decide to visit prostitutes your risk goes up quite significantly over the average guy’s sexual risks. The practices you choose to indulge in make that extra risk more or less but at the end of the day we’re all living with “extra” risk. Thats why std clinics always ask if you have sex with prostitutes.

Diseases that can be transmitted by unprotected vaginal sex and also be transmitted by unprotected oral sex. Speaking from experience I have contracted chlamydia from unprotected oral.

Isn't it then hypocritical for a person who has unprotected oral to chastise someone who has unprotected vaginal? It's a bit like the person who smokes 5 a day calling the person who smokes 20 a day stupid.

Holy Jesus Fuck.

Give it up, already.

Do std clinics ask that ? i would imagine that someone who only visited prostitutes not civvies would statistically be safer whatever he got up to, its civvies who  are more likely to be infected?

Yes they do ask that. At least SHL and Dean Street clinic do - they also ask if you've had sex with sub-Saharan people as that carries a higher risk for HIV (I think)

Offline Longshot

Been there, done it, caught an sti and passed it on.

Sure bareback is better but nothing will ever tempt me to have unprotected sex with a prostitiute again.  The risks far exceed the reward.

they ask about , sexual violence, victim of, and your sexual history, and indeed depending on the epoch if you have visited certain countries, but am not so sure about the hooker question, if nothing else its a bit non pc.

I'd have thought it's an obviously essential question to ask.  :unknown:

because its judgemental, to assume that a wg would be higher risk than a nurse .

You say "Ultimately as soon as you decide to visit prostitutes your risk goes up quite significantly over the average guy’s sexual risks".

I'm not sure of that. The only time I got a dose was from a 17 year old, some 50 years ago. I get the impression most professonals are pretty careful: it's their living.

I always use a condom with escorts , only one instance I barebacked an escort a few yrs ago.

Obviously bareback is the best as you get to cum in the pussy and see your cum gushing out which is hot.

Obviously bareback with escorts is risky. Under what conditions would you try ?

If you are clean and the escort was tested and clean as well, how much would you pay max?

An English girl on adultwork (one of Cameron's angels) charges £650 for 1hr bareback outcall!

How much would you be willing to pay for raw sex with a really hot girl for an HR?

Bareback with anyone you don't know is risky! Escorts who don't do any bareback and are careful always condoms and monthly testing are going to be far less riskier than a random girl on a night out.

However, someone was telling me the other month that a lot more bareback advertised on the site. I guess it's because of Prep, I can't think of anything else. And more money, but still. What happened to high risk hpv virus? Some women aren't able to get rid of it.

So you have never been to a sex clinic?   :scare:

To you and to everyone who reads this forum, please make a solid plan to go, and then plan to go regularly.  This helps you and helps us all.

(I go regularly, and even wrote a review of the experience once!).  Don't mean to shame.  Just want to encourage you all.

I don’t do bareback with anyone except the wife. And I’ve been offered/begged many times by escorts and civvies. It’s almost like they are offended when you demand to wear a condom. STDs are terrifying when married especially the symptomless ones.

Why would they ( escorts ) want to do bareback with you? Like upselling?

Very hard with post covid.
Dean Street is now 3 week wait and only prefers to test people who have been exposed or are in high risk    circle. There is a good clinic called Burrel Street in London Bridge.
Walk in or appointment but nowadays they prefer you to do the postal kits such as SHL or from the NHS website which are free.
They can be collected from the clinic but I can imagine marrieds don't want to be seen around so they rely on symptoms.

Sexual health suffered terrible cuts in funding because it's something that is entirely preventable in most cases.

It never ceases to amaze me the amount of SSs that only get tested when they have symptoms rather than routinely  :unknown:

I used to use Burrel Street before I started using DSE, but as you say it's become a bit difficult to get routine appointments there. So, nowadays I mostly use SHL. However I still go private occasionally, it's pricey, but if I can afford to punt, I can afford to test.

Just because he posted it on here doesn't make it true, apart from that, if he did catch it from an SP and not his Mrs, it was one in a higher risk group.

We all know it is possible to catch Chlamydia and other STIs from unprotected oral, so whether his post is true or not is immaterial.

Yeah. The only thing is if you have less of a disposable income ( some punters have families to feed ) then going private regularly ( £400-500 ) in London will be some crazy money.
. Punters don't need to test as often as escorts but it may still be over the budget mark. However, shl and nhs kits are free so no excuse there. Recently I heard shl can offer monthly kits for punters too if they fill in that they visit sex workers.
Shame that shl is London only.

Yes we all know that but you have absolutely no idea or understanding whatsoever about the different level of risk associated with different sexual activities with different people.

For some unknown reason when I read your posts castle walls and pig's shit spring to mind.

Like I keep telling you, go and educate yourself as it is you are a danger to society.

You don't give up do you,  I've said many times that there is a risk but you just can't grasp there is different levels of let me try and put it in a way you can understand.

Unprotected oral is the lowest risk, it's at the bottom of the scale, the risk levels rise with different sexual activities at the top is unprotected anal with a male.

To be honest I don't know why I bother with you but here you go educate yourself. External Link/Members Only

Quote
How risky is oral sex?
Oral sex can include fellatio (sucking a penis), cunnilingus (licking female genitals) or oro-anal contact (anal licking or "rimming")
Herpes, warts, gonorrhoea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV, hepatitis B and, possibly, other infections can be transmitted through oral sex.
For most infections (except herpes), the risk of catching an infection is greater for the oral partner (the one giving oral sex).
Most people do not use protection (condoms or dental dams) for oral sex.
The risk of catching an STI through unprotected oral sex is lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex, but is not zero.

So if I indulge in OWO the SP is at greater risk than me, now do you get the principle of the scale of risk.

Just came back from STD clinic today.

Had a tiny red itchy lump on my dick so went earlier than I normally would.

(She told me it wasn't a genital wart but a hair follicle stuck under the skin due to my shaving pubic hair. Said it would be fine.)

Had blood and urine taken.

Was asked about my complete sexual and medical history, including whether I had ever paid, or been paid , for sex.

On a side note, she got really interested in what I did for a living as it was a key part of her life that she wanted to improve!

Lols.

I gave her details of other places to go to for similar training as really not ethical for us to meet, albeit professionally, outside this environment!

Regarding private clinic costs that Rose mentioned, the last time I used London Doctors Clinic for an urgent test (all clear) for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia, it was £182 (including consultation fee) so about an average London punt nowadays :D

@PD he does admit OWO is also a risk (though not as much)
You’re both ultimately saying the same thing (though drawing different conclusions) while still managing to argue about it

At the end of the day there’s a scale of risk from chopping off your dick and never having sex again all the way up to doing anal bareback with smack addicted street hookers. We all have a line on that beyond which we wont go. You can argue that one line is “better” than another but ultimately we all have our own risk/reward payoff and act accordingly.

To my mind its better if everyone accepts that and gets on with looking after their own sexual health. If everyone feels comfortable in posting their experiences without recrimination, we all benefit from maximising the information available.

She was a livewire, young, attractive, posh but grounded type Doc. Had a female med student there as well.

Showed them my dick. Not sexual at all.

Med student was also very interested in using my professional expertise (which is nothing sexual).

It was never going to happen.

We were half joking.

It was all professional. I was not gonna cross that line - too pervy and disrespectful.

I was too nervous and scared, anyway, in case it was genital warts.

Plus they were both inspecting my dick with me lying awkwardly on my back  on a reclining bench with my shorts  at my knees.

Not very elegant, and the first time ever had my dick medically inspected.

She prodded the spot with a rubbered glove, then threw some spray on there.

Then showed me to the toilet, asked me to piss in it and leave it to the side, then just said bye.

Not exactly me meeting a reg/SA escort girl, having a flirty drink before erotically fucking each other's brains out scenario.

I won't get a fetish about it as I hate role play.

i have been to a sex clinic, thats why i queried the question about sex workers, they ask about your sexual history, true, but i cant recall a specific question about sex workers.

It is a question often asked by GUM clinics "Have you ever been paid for sex, or paid someone for sex".

So if I indulge in OWO the SP is at greater risk than me, now do you get the principle of the scale of risk.

Would have been more useful if you posted a link that actually quantified said risks.. it only says that oral sex is "less risky"

People really should have a look and see. From what I have found Chlamydia is estimated at between 5% to15% chance throat to penis and Gonorrhoea at 23% to 43%  :scare: throat to penis.
