Thanks for the update. Interestingly it’s a near-death experience that started me on my punting journey late in life. I actually decided to ignore the review and was going to see her but she had a hospital appointment and had to cancel. Gave me plenty of notice and spoke to me in person to apologise.

Personally, if I’ve booked to see someone the day before (or in advance etc).  I always message in the morning of the booking. Just to make sure it’s still on.
Sometimes you get the SP actually saying she needs a morning confirmation.
