Same here. A couple of very decent English regulars (previously reviewed here) had both priced themselves out of the market, so I'd stopped seeing them, even though I knew they were good meets I'd seen over an extended time (years).
Result: They've both now closed down their AW accounts and moved on to civvie street jobs, as they weren't making enough to cover their costs. One of them even contacted me several times before throwing in the towel, but I told her that her rates had just gone up too high to even consider.
It took a bit of time and trial and error to find replacements for them who charge a reasonable rate, but those who are charging more sensible rates are now getting the cash those previous regulars will never see. Why? Because they've kept their prices sensible and get plenty of repeat business because of that, instead of being greedy and avaricious, and getting no money at all from me.
So in answer to your question samsung, my new regulars are now seeing me as much as much as my old ones used to, and I'm spending about the same (maybe a little less even) for the same number of meets, as I've actively chosen not to prop up the unrealistic, overly ambitious prices that some English princesses
think they're worth.Their loss, someone else's gain.
A regular turn of business with 100% of £100 is always a better income than a silent phone with 0% of £200, but sadly, many don't realise this.
Greed gets in the way.
Bottom line: I'm better off working on a reasonable salary, than holding out for a mammoth wage but bringing home nothing at all.
Why is this simple concept so difficult for some to understand ?
