Longer booking at a massage parlour?

The last couple of times I’ve been to River Kwai they keep suggesting I try a two hour massage.  I like the idea of it, and think I’ll probably give it a go.
I was wondering if you’d get “more” in the way of extras for a longer booking? Or maybe get to pop twice?
Anyone done it, had a two hour booking at a parlour?

If they are the ones suggesting it then .... ask them ... ask them what the difference is ... but don't ask "will it include this" or "will it include that" because all they're likely to say is, "yes" and will have conveniently "forgotten" by the time you visit. Get them to state what will be different.

Personally speaking, I wouldn't bother ... unless I'd seen the girl before and felt the session had been "missing" something due to time constraints.

The only time I've done 2 hour sessions is when it's been GENUINELY Tantric ... and there has been a ceremonial aspect... or when there has been two distinct elements, e.g. table shower/body scrub followed by massage.

If River Kwai suggest to you, as a regular customer, that you try a 2 hour session what make you think other establishments in other parts of the country would do the same. 

Massage is very popular in the NE but what extras, if any, are available not only vary between establishments but also between different providers at those establishments, though I can't recall any trying to upsell on time.

In other words there is no 'one size fits all', YMMV which all adds to the WSWS aspect of it.

The only person to discuss the service extras with is the masseuse, presuming you're trying to minimise the chances you're being serviced by a woman who is being compelled.  So try various ladies and once you have a rapport going you discuss with them in the room as to what can be done during a longer booking.

If you're looking for "guaranteed" services without meeting the SP first then you should be booking a reputable escort.

As a basic answer to your question, yes I have some years ago. It was somewhere I went regularly, with a single masseuse and built up a relationship where we got on well and knew what was on offer. It's not the cost it's just two hours is a long time to lie there if you have no rapport.

Unless business is really bad there is no incentive for a shop massage girl to agree a two hour massage session because a) it is hard work to keep going for that length of time, and b) because their tip will be much the same as for a one hour session, hence they lose out as its better to do 2 x 1 hour with two different clients and get two tips.

OP, we're not mind readers, but sometimes we have take a guess when the subject header and question itself is vague. I included the massage parlours name in the header because it was mentioned in the question.

TBH Lewis, if you were able to read the OP’s mind, I’m not sure it would have led you on a ‘path to Zen’.

When he asked about getting extras in 2 hours in the River Kwai, you responded helpfully, he then said it was nothing to do with the River Kwai or Gloucestershire.  He’s been here over 3 years and is pretty much a WOFT.

Just about every comment he’s made on here relates to Gloucester.  There are a few relating to Bristol and a couple on Swindon.

He may be considering spreading his wings and going elsewhere, but his question related to RK and he decided he didn’t want an answer to that question.  If I’d been to the RK and taken the 2 hour option, I wouldn’t respond to this thread.

Pretty much buy one get one free on extras.
