I booked to see her 2 months ago. Would have reviewed but just couldn't be bothered.
After speaking to her on the phone, she asked to see my AW profile.
She later got back to me and said she was very happy to meet and we arranged to meet an hour later.
30 mins to time, I sent her a text letting her know I was on my way. She replied, saying "no problem and she's free and waiting".
All good so far.
I arrived hotel 10 mins early.
As I was about to park. She sent a text saying
she can no longer meet me as she feels uncomfortable.
I called her, she picked and affirmed what she wrote saying,
I can no longer meet, as I just don't feel comfortable meeting black people.
I said "okay, that's fine, but why bother setting up an appointment in the first place, I didn't beg you to do it, it was your decision".
She said nothing, not even an apology.
I said okay, "thanks for wasting my time and hung up".
I have driven about 40 mins just to get there. What a waste of time I thought to myself.
After this experience, I called it quits on NBA profiles. I now have zero tolerance for them
As soon as I see one on AW, I hit the blacklist
button immediately.
Out of sight, out of mind. Simples!
