I shall bear this WG in mind, £70 half hour is an ok rate for me and having punted in this brothel many times myself its good to get some up to date info as like you my experiences have been good and bad with WGs their over the years. You access it by walking down a slip road that's part of the premises and the place is on your left, its literally next to the north circular. The door is up the slip road and as you enter you come into a big room with 1 bigger punt room on the left with another box room straight ahead. On the right are some privacy dividers and far left is a corridor that leads to the toilet/bathroom.

However there is or was another Polish brothel very near this one which may or may not now be still open which is accessed through a back alley up some black metal stairs to the premises. So for all I know it could be either of these 2 but more likely the 1 with the side entrance which has been open constantly for years now.
