Rajec. Well well well! It is easy to be quick to criticise, be sarci or rebuke a fellow member. In life I have learnt that it is always helpful to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. In response to your sarcasm I wish to set the record straight.
1. I saw the SP in question well before I joined this esteemed community.
2. I am a Canadian and I am here in Uk for 20% of my time when I come for business. Hence lesser knowledge or experience of the level of more prominent members of this family.
3. My understanding and view of this community has been that it is not only there to enhance the knowledge base of the SP and the services provided but also that some of the more learned and experienced members of this community will provide helpful tips from their experience of how to get more value for money and make informed decisions. This I believe would be done through member contributions however small.
4. For nearly 14 months we have all been “victims” of the lockdown.
When I first joined this community I read a review by ML of a TCM in Uxbridge he had visited. I had been to the same TCM but the level of service received was different. I so comment. Rather than criticise for the comment, ML very kindly sent me a DM with the tips of how he has been able to achieve success. (Thank you ML) I have tried his technique in my hometown and it worked.
This is how I saw the value of this forum. However, it seems either I was wrong all along in my view and understanding OR the “rules of engagement” have changed. It seems that now if one does not post a review he is seen as a pariah.
I noticed that another member of the community posted a positive review compared with a neutral review by ML. What ever small contributions should be, IMHO, should be regarded as enhancing the knowledge base.
Respect too you all.
