You're missing the catch-22,
To request removal or correction a punter has to prove his ID to ClientEye. But for a host of reasons few would be willing to do that.
In a worst case of false claims of a criminal act, requesting removal could create a lot of legal pain - bringing police attention to the punter.

I sympathise with those who wrongly get reports especially maliciously like this as it’s a ball ache to jump through hoops, share personal information just to remove a false report.
That app is so one sided it’s laughable.
Just change your number by either getting a new punting sim, takes two seconds or call the carrier and you can get your number changed at least 3-4 times a year for free.
If you prefer the long route then just appeal via email but you’ll have to cough up a lot of details and wait a number of days for their “review”

which can supposedly be denied.
Punting phone = peace of mind
Client eye = bullocks and proven to be misused consistently
