For me, it's an absoluite mood killer to have to get up and get the money mid massage, so I will always ask before I'm even undressed and give the extra.

They all expect it anyway. Secondly, I'll ask for B2B which will always include HE - current going rate is still £80ph all in for B2B.

It's definitely a mood killer having to get up to get the extra money.
Few tactics I use for new places (if it 2nd time they will usually know the score)
If I text for a booking I will ask if HE is available, they don't usually like to say but if they confirm the booking they know you are wanting extras before you set foot in the door.

If the girl seems approachable before the massage starts I will ask if extras available, 99% of the time it is and you can sort the money and prices out beforehand.

If they ask for the initial £25/30 in the room before they start, I will just flash the extra cash I have on me when handing over. They will always clock this because most of the girls only take money from doing extras and not the massage fee. 9 times out of 10 they will ask you at the end of the massage if you want HE or not.

I've found asking in person beforehand the best option, this way if all money is sorted you tend to get a lot more teasing etc before you turn over, rather than being asked with 10mins to go.

Maybe so in some establishments, but the money for extras will be a lot more than the cut from house.

Extras are almost certainly more than their cut from the house but a £20 happy ending may be not a lot more.

I cant imagine they get any less than at least a tenner an hour for the massage from the parlour, plus any extras.
I think they only get paid when they do massages, so if they didnt do a massage all day i dont think they make anything.

I was told once by one of the massuesses in a well known Liverpool Thai place that the cut was 60/40 and i think that was in favour of the house. I had figure of 70/30 quoted in a  Chinese place in manchester. So i would be surprised if anyone worked for tips only.
I was also told by the same Chinese massuesse that an almost legit place she had worked she had had to give them a deposit against her leaving without giving notice.
