It has been around for years. There is a public car park below.
Like you say it’s a strange seedy experience. A line of rooms with patio doors.
The couple of times I went, there were only a couple of girls working and a lot of rooms empty.

It could, but they would be misguided. I've got the contacts and social media of around 20 different girls now, and I can say that not one of them came here packed into a truck or other such dire circumstances.
