Can't remember exact date as it was a while ago, around the summer sometime.

Have seen her 3 times and each time the service got worse
By that I mean I was made to wait outside on the street for minutes in full view of everyone walking/driving past, increased amounts of time wasting and faffing about before she actually started, more weird antics
