She has a good set of reviews and a good reputation, so unlikely she would cancel if it weren’t for good reason. Though who knows for sure, only herself.
Even so, it’s a valid review as she did cancel, even with fair notice.

Best "excuse" I was ever given by a WG was that her mother had just died, which wasn't the case at all. She happened to be in Swindon as well.

Your call as stated above. I was curious as to what period of cancellation you feel is reasonable, or whether your opinion is that the SP didn't have a genuine reason for cancelling.

Personally a night before cancellation would not be a Negative, assuming you have not begun your journey. It is when you are half way there...........or even there, when an SP cancels, those are the Negatives.

very, very harsh neg IMO. Considering I have turned up to confirmed bookings and been met with complete radio silence numerous times, cancelling night before what ever the reason would be fine with me.

Personally I would’ve just bit my lip and stayed schtum. 

If I did feel overly compelled to review though, I would've rated a Neutral, not a Negative - seems very harsh given both the notice i.e. not last minute, the fact you'd not set off or were on your way there, and lastly no evidence to suggest she was being untruthful or not.

Still OP, your review (well not really a review, is it?) so your call.

A Negative seems a bit harsh.
I have only met Ava once but she was extremely chilled out, enthusiastic and very dirty.
A cancellation at any point is unfortunate but life does exist outside the punting game.
I have had to cancel on a few ladies with far less notice with genuine reason.
If as described, a member of Ava's family was taken to hospital, it would have been highly unlikely that her mind would have been fully on a client and her level of investment would have been much lower.
OP, rather than a negative here, you should have asked Ava for a rescheduled booking at a reduced rate perhaps?

I had a girl cancel me while I was waiting in the car, but to make up for it she gave me £50 off her usual hourly rate and I had a good experience with her a week later.  So, for that reason i always wait a few days to see if the girl wants to suggest some form of compensatory offer.

I think this is a good idea if it’s last minute and the cancellation has inconvenienced you.
But in this instance it was the night before. If it were me, I would deem that reasonable enough time personally.

I think this hits the nail on the head.

I would've kept stumm and tried to get some sort of offer or at least get her to be more accommodating for a future meet by gently telling her that although it couldn't be helped, it did throw my day out a bit.

It would be good practice of the SP to offer some sort of discount but not expected. Even if it couldn't be helped, the cancellation is her side and while he hasn't made a journey it is late enough that a guy could have planned his day around this meet. It also wouldn't harm her to give one guy a few quid off/extra time.

Either way, given the notice given, it's not deserving of a negative or even a review IMO - unless you have strong circumstantial evidence rather than suspicion that the reason given is bollocks.

I had a booking arranged for this week in Swindon and got what I deem perfectly satisfactory notice to her having to cancel.  I was then offered the opportunity of an Outcall at her normal incall rate, which I feel as a reasonable form of 'compensation' if you want to put it that way.  She was very nice via text messages and really tried to accommodate me an alternative booking.  Unfortunately I could not make a daytime appointment.  I shall persevere though and hopefully meet up with Ava soon.  She has a couple of new photos on her profile and she looks absolutely stunning!

Given the notice and 'compensatory offer' I didnt even feel the need to leave a Neutral review.

I think some people seem to forget that these ladies do have pressures and lives outside of the work they do for "us" which brings it's own stresses and strains behind the scenes, so even if they do occasionally have to cancel then we must remember they are not working a 9 to 5 in an office, it's way more complicated than that. I've just had to cancel ER at short notice due to work pressures and I got no hassle or stress from her about it but she could have justifiably been negative towards me. I think these ladies deserve huge respect as I am sure we couldn't do what they do for us no matter what the money way so a negative seems harsh. :-(

The desperation to defend some popular WGs is unreal sometimes, and for some reason it's always the ones who don't even need defending. She has 34 positives FFS, one negative isn't the end of the world.
