I have said in previous posts that I agree with you, it is not unreasonable at all to ask for proof or evidence of any claims made. However, just because she doesn't have proof does not mean that she is not telling the truth. Should that also be for punters making claims against SPs, or do we just accept their word as gospel?

Guys just seeing this post and not going lie a bit shocked at hayleys comments .i work away quite a portion of time with my job so hence why i dont check the forum on even a bi weekly basis.in short i was in contact with hayley and decided to make her an offer...maybe naive but didnt feel i was doing anything wrong or illegal ...i have limited punting experience 6 wgs in total albeit multiple times with 2 of them....but thought if could get freebie then what the hell.

The OP has been vindicated and the member accused has admitted his guilt

In my opinion he should be banned as an undesirable. His actions are deplorable and he is a boundary pushing cunt.

The principle of requiring evidence before condemning anyone, and the posts I made defending that logical requiremnent, is one that I stand by. At no time did I defend him personally, rather his right ( as well as any other member on here ) to be treated fairly. This should include an expectation of some evidence and a chance for the accused member to comment.

There are many past precedents on UKP where SP’s have made unfounded allegations against members of this site and no doubt there will be again. In similar circumstances I would still insist on more than just the word of another member before jumping to conclusions. It should be noted that this punters site is constantly under attack by malcontents - as anyone who has access to the banned section can confirm - who try to undermine it and get it shut down. It is a fact that ( with a few exceptions) it is generally hated by non-punters

Any SP in similar circumstances should inform NUM and SAAFE. Not just as this would add some credibility to the allegation, but also to warn other WG’s and help shut down low life’s like the member here in question.

I admit as the thread progressed and it became clear that there would likely be little evidence forthcoming I formed the opinion that the allegations were unfounded. As did many other members

A business agreement i suppose u could call it ....just to confirm i never did with hayley or courtney she mentions have this agreement in place ive never met hayley and i really dont feel like i pestered her we had a couple.of convos and agreement to meet but didnt suit so went our aerperate ways.i think i contacted her once more and she said she was no longer interested so fair enough. Again jose this is were confusion lies and because i was trusting a friend i looked on locanto but rarely messaged girls on it so it seems like he s used me as a way to communicate with the girls albeit i dont think he s done anything mallicous but still problem is its coming back to give me headaches.i rem talking to girls on locanto in early days but never had the app just through website this is a fucking nightmare for me as i dont know whats been said sent through my handle.albeit i hope nothing too personal thats what im trying get to bottom of....thers other issues here which have come up from my former friend the fact  he owes me 3 figures too its all coming together absolute shit
