Yawn!
Nobody has tried to shut anyone down, but the drivel above is in keeping with your contribution to this thread so far
A requirement for some evidence before taking anyone's word against another should be part of natural justice. Not it seems on this board. Maybe you can explain in what way you tried to see both sides of the argument here? You're entitled to your own opinion, but not your own facts.
A WG even commented on this thread expressing her doubt, but you ignore that as well
The site has had a consistent ethos since it started - to put the punter first.
You decided to sign up, then slag it off because you disagree with that ethos.
.
This is going to be my last contribution to this thread but I want you to try your best to understand what I am writing.
I have said in previous posts that I agree with you, it is not unreasonable at all to ask for proof or evidence of any claims made. However, just because she doesn't have proof does not mean that she is not telling the truth. Should that also be for punters making claims against SPs, or do we just accept their word as gospel?
I haven't ignored any of the comments or details on this thread, everyone is entitled to their own opinion on it. I just can't see why people like you and others have to immediately doubt and go on the offensive, and resort to things like mocking peoples grammar and adding a "Yawn" when someone is trying to make a point. It is petty and frankly, quite pathetic.
I love this site, I love the concept of it and I love contributing but as I said.... People like you drag it down and are turning it into a shit show. Maybe you should go back and read my first post in this thread, and you will see that I have the best interests of my fellow punters in mind. I think it can only be a good thing to have SPs on the forum in some capacity, it will help us punters in the long run. SPs are not the only ones who can put us at risk, other punters can as well through spreading false information, especially here in Northern Ireland where the situation is more risky.
I am saying no more, as I don't think there is any point.
Have a nice day chaps.
