I haven't renewed mine yet.  I did check it with and without vpn and it did show the vat difference in price.

Whenever a girl says she doesn't go lower than an exorbitant figure, I ask them how many arrangements they have actually had at that level. They then usually say they've been 'offered' it, to which I reply, "yes but have you actually RECEIVED this". They usually admit they haven't. If they blatantly lie, either I politely stick to my guns if she's hot in the hope she may lower her price or say that's bullshit and block her if I can't be arsed.
