This one was owned by the same people as at Greens Court (one to the left of the Lebanese restaurant). Think it was due to complaints from neighbours that they closed, a shame as It's a nicer walkup than Greens Court.

As for the others a mixture of gentrification, rising rents and a change in opening hours and/or lack of girls.
