I wouldn't have reviewed her if she had removed her profile or indicated she'd really finished or gone to content-only. I thought she would be back. I was correct.

The most helpful information is a review about a SP who is currently active. Yes, Kilrath has reviewed  - but has reviewed after, by his own admission, seeing her 6 times and after she has stopped working. His review is of use if she returns, if she doesn't it's not.
I understand your reticence given past experience but SD's advice is sound - different usernames, punting phone, leave it a few weeks etc.
This forum has helped me avoid many a costly and possibly gruesome mistake. It has also pointed me in the right direction on many an occasion. It only works if we all contribute.
